This cutting board has a cutting surface that is 7.5” x 11” makes a great midsize cutting board great for cutting larger vegetables and meats such as chicken and steak. It’s made from a solid piece of Birdseye Maple so it tough enough to get the job done and with proper care insuring a lifetime of use. 
Like all of our boards it has been finished with our very own Big Dogs Board Butter which not only provides a beautiful shine but most importantly a protective barrier.

•DO NOT place hot pots or pans on the board,

•Use caution to prevent dropping,

• Board conditioner (also known as board butter) or food safe mineral oil should be applied if the board loses its luster or becomes excessively dry.
